Privacy policy.

YantraLab Technologies ("YantraLab", "we", "us") cares about how your information is collected, stored, and used. This policy explains what we do when you visit our site or apply to one of our programs.

1. What we collect

On the marketing site, we collect basic analytics (anonymized page visits) and the information you voluntarily submit through forms — your name, email, phone, university, year, GitHub/LinkedIn URL, and pitch.

2. How we use it

Application data is used only to evaluate candidates for the YantraLab Engineering Internship and Apprenticeship programs and to communicate about your application. We don't sell your data to third parties.

3. Storage

Application data is stored in Google Workspace (Forms and Sheets) and email communications run through Google Mail / SMTP relays. Both services are bound by their own privacy commitments under Google's data processing terms.

4. Retention

We retain application data for up to 24 months after submission for recruiting follow-up, after which it is deleted. Issued certificates and their metadata (name, cert ID, track, cohort, issue date, mentor) are retained indefinitely to support public verification at /verify.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing careers@yantralab.in. We'll respond within 14 days. Removing a certificate from the public verification registry is available on request — note that the original PDF you received remains with you.

6. Cookies

The site does not set tracking cookies. Standard analytics may set a first-party identifier; you can block this via your browser settings with no loss of functionality.
